Moon Boots

There is only one boot you need for the snow, and that is the original Moon Boot, invented in 1971 by the Italian brand Tecnica.
I have worn them since I was a kid, and they are the only footwear that will keep your tootsies toasty warm, and dry.
The Moon Boots are made from super lightweight material, are water-resistant , and can be used in as low as -35 degrees.
Great for adults and kids, get some before the snow comes back and your toes are like blocks of ice in your wellies, again!!!!

You can get them from either The Moon Boot store or Sarenza

Twist Board

Ok, since leaving school I haven’t really been one for exercise, but the time has come!! I am not going to be shown up again on a beach by women who have had kids and are 10 bloody years older than me, enough already! I didn’t have much of a waist to begin with, but it nearly disappeared completely when I thankfully discovered the twist board!

It is so simple, and you don’t even have to leave then house, result!

Just stand on it ( I do it while watching Eastenders) and twist back and forth.

Particularly for women, carrying weight around the waist and stomach is the most dangerous for their health.

The twist board is the answer, it helps tone abs, slims hips and thighs, increases circulation, and improves your balance!

The twist board costs between £6 and £16 depending on where you buy it, you can get a cheap one from Asda, or you can get the Everlast one on amazon or ebay.

Windrider Bicycle Clips

Cyclist are not my favourite people, I think they are a bunch of anarchistic, self-righteousness, bloody do-gooders!!! Dont get me started on them riding 2 and 3 abreast in Richmond Park like its the Tour de frigging France. If Jim’ll Fix It was still around I would ask him to fix it for me to drive around hanging out the window of a car pushing the bastards off!

But enough of that, I bought these Windriders bicycle clips for my brother for Christmas ( he is one of those cyclist bastards) as I thought the design was great.  They are to be worn over your trousers to protect them from being caught in the bike chain. Designed by Gijs Bakker, a Dutchman, they are made from a pale grey refective PVC material.

Day after Spray

If like me you hate your hair the day you wash it because its wispy, fluffy, and a bit lifeless, and prefer it the day after when it starts to behave itself, then this is the product for you. Its made by that twat Lee Stafford, but I guess even twats have to get something right!

Spray onto towel dried hair, and either leave it to dry naturally or blow dry. It says you can spray up to 50 pumps for shoulder length hair, ignore this, 15 should be enough!

I was given this last year and love!

You can buy it from Boots for £5.99!

Such a lovely idea, and not bad for £15.

I was introduced to the Camerabag app by a friend a little while ago! I would look at the pictures of her children and feel like i was transported back to my childhood, the images had that wonderful feel of the 70’s, and Camerabag had enabled this. The effects you can produce will transform your photos to silver, mono, 1962, 1974, fisheye and a few more.

At £1.19 its a bargain!

Alessi Bottle Cap Opener

I was at a friends the other night and she produced this beautiful stainless steel, mirror polished egg shaped thing! It was a bottle opener designed by the 4th generation of the Alessi family. It is extremely tactile, and fits perfectly into the palm of your hand as you place it over the bottle top and push gently down. It features an ingenious pressured opening movement which effortlessly releases the crown cap. So invest in one of these and save your poor teeth, lighter, counter top,  or any other method you use to get a bottle open!

P.S  I bought mine on Amazon and they were a little cheaper!!
