The Richard Dimbleby Lecture 2011

I just turned over and was mesmerised by this lecture.

The speaker is a man called Michael Morpurgo, a novelist, former childrens laureate, playwright, and Save the Children ambassador. He is an unbelievably passionate, charismatic, and likable man. He has long been a campaigner on behalf or children, both at home and abroad. He uses the lecture to address the increasingly urgent issue of children’s rights, exploring the rights and the wrongs young people are forced to endure.

He is the sort of man that you wish had taught you at school, truly inspirational.

Get onto BBCiplayer and watch it, you only have a week!!
